1. Our Commitment to You

We provide funeral planning and coordination services with care, discretion, and respect. Our services may include funeral arrangements, ceremonial support, and repatriation assistance, carried out in accordance with Singapore laws and any religious or cultural practices shared with us.

Every arrangement is thoughtfully discussed and confirmed with you in writing before services begin.

2. Website Information & Pricing Transparency

Information on our website, including funeral packages, coffins, images, and indicative prices, is provided as a general guide only.

As circumstances, supplier costs, and regulations may change, prices are subject to revision. Rest assured, the final pricing for your chosen arrangements will always be clearly explained and confirmed with you in writing before any services proceed. The confirmed quotation will take precedence over any online reference.

3. Confirming Your Arrangements

Your funeral arrangements are confirmed once:

  • You have accepted our written quotation or service agreement; and

  • Any required deposit or payment has been received.

We are committed to fair and transparent practices in accordance with Singapore’s consumer protection laws.

4. Payments & Refund Considerations

Payment terms will be explained clearly and compassionately before services commence.

Once arrangements have begun, deposits are generally non-refundable due to the immediate commitments involved. However, we will always assess refund requests fairly and in line with Singapore law, taking individual circumstances into consideration wherever possible.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Unforeseen Circumstances

Should you need to make changes or cancellations, please inform us as early as possible. Some costs may still apply if services or third-party arrangements have already been confirmed on your behalf.

We appreciate your understanding that certain situations beyond our control — such as government directives, public health measures, or transport disruptions — may affect service delivery.

6. Right to Decline or Conclude Services

While we strive to support every family we serve, we reserve the right to decline or conclude services if:

  • A request cannot be lawfully or reasonably fulfilled;

  • Our staff are subjected to abusive or threatening behaviour; or

  • Payment obligations are not met.

In such cases, any costs already incurred may remain payable.

8. Our Materials & Intellectual Property

All funeral packages, service structures, written descriptions, designs, images, branding, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Elysian Funeral Services.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Personal Data & Privacy (PDPA)

Your privacy matters deeply to us. All personal data is handled in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Personal information is collected only for purposes necessary to:

  • Arrange and provide funeral services;

  • Fulfil legal and regulatory requirements; and

  • Communicate with you regarding service matters.

We take reasonable measures to safeguard all personal data and will honour requests to access or correct personal information as permitted under PDPA.

10. Care and Responsibility

We are committed to delivering our services with professionalism and compassion. While we carefully coordinate all aspects of the funeral, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control or for services provided by third-party providers engaged as part of the arrangements.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Singapore law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

12. Updates to These Terms

From time to time, we may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or our services. The most current version published on our website will always apply.
